With nearly a decade of public relations, marketing and communications experience, Irwin has worked for big name public relations agencies such as Edelman and Ruder Finn before launching 24Karat Public Relations in 2008. 24Karat PR is a public relations and marketing consulting firm based in Santa Monica, CA.
Throughout her career, Irwin has worked with entertainment, healthcare, technology and consumer/lifestyle clients and successfully placed them in various top-tier newspaper and broadcast outlets. Additionally she has coordinated eye-catching multiple grand opening/ red carpet events, press conferences and media/analyst tours.
Irwin graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and earned her certificate in public relations from UCLA Extension.
Irwin is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and serves on the board of the Santa Monica Jaycees as well as on the Santa Monica College General Advisory Board. She is an active member of the Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity Steering Committee.
Irwin is passionate about family, politics and pop culture. She lives in Santa Monica, CA with her loving husband, two year old son and beautiful newborn baby girl.
